First of all, I really like the composition. The leaves are a good touch and a much better path than flowers, not only that, but the color scheme is great. It's very dark and kind of masculine which is sort of unusual for these sorts of designs. The shading on the dragon's belly is awesome and the water and air work great with each other. There's no confusion as to what's dragon and what's background.

I only have a few qualms. The shading on the leaves could be better. It looks sort of hurried and isn't nearly as intense as the shading on the red parts of the dragon. Also, the dragon's eyes could be a little better. He looks like he's got cataracts. Maybe it's a really old dragon?

Overall, I like the dark nature of this piece. It definitely gives the impression of a storm and the leaves are awesome. This one is one of my favorites.
